How do I report a potential bug in the app?

To report a potential bug, you will need to submit a support ticket with our team, in which you will:

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing - if you are seeing any error messages, please include a copy of these in your message.

  • Confirm that you have already tried the troubleshooting steps we recommend.

  • Confirm:

  1. Your device make and model,

  2. The OS version currently installed on your device, and

  3. The version of MenTools Challenges you are currently using.

To see which app version you are using, for iPhone, go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, then tap the app to see its version number. For Android devices, open the Settings app, navigate to Apps (or Apps & Notifications), and select the app to see its version at the bottom of the page.
