A Course
A structured course tied to your protocol topic. One action per day in week 1, then self-paced after that.
Emergency Reset (When Included)
If your protocol topic requires it, you will have an Emergency Reset block in your routine and a dedicated library of rapid interrupt tools. These are short, fast, and designed for the hardest moments.
AI
The AI is built into the protocol. Use it to get guidance on the routine, ask questions about the topic, adjust the protocol, or get support when you hit a difficult moment.
