Challenge Types Explained
MenTools Challenges
Every challenge is designed to test you with purpose.
They strip away excuses and help you prove what you’re really made of.
Single-Action Challenges
One action a day. Seven days straight.
Start simple. These challenges look easy, but completing them takes focus and discipline.
Example: 20 push-ups, daily journaling, or 10 minutes of reading.
Stay consistent. That’s the win.
Multi-Action Challenges
7 actions. Every day. For 7 days.
Each action targets a part of your routine — fitness, mindset, money, habits, or recovery.
Set your goal, track your actions, and see how many you can complete.
Simple to start, hard to finish.
MaxOut Challenges
The ultimate test. One go. All out.
Push until you can’t. Record your highest number or longest time.
Example: maximum push-ups, longest plank, fastest mile.
Your score is saved, so next time you can beat your own record.
Mix Challenges (Coming Soon)
New action every day.
A mix of strength, focus, mindset, and discipline challenges.
No routine. No comfort zone.
Keeps it fresh, keeps you sharp.
Rules for Every Challenge
Complete each action in one go where possible. Example: hit your 50 push-ups in a single effort.
MaxOut: all actions must be done in one continuous attempt — no breaks.
Track your progress daily and finish strong before you hit the Finish button.
Tip for Success
Pick one challenge that matches your current level.
Complete it. Then stack another.
Progress comes from small wins repeated — not massive goals abandoned.
