How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The exact charge will be displayed before you confirm your order. If you are ordering through Amazon, standard Amazon delivery rates and Prime eligibility apply based on your account.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays or busy periods. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@mentools.co with your order ID and we will look into it for you.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. If tracking information is available for your delivery method, it will be included in your dispatch email. If you have not received a dispatch email or cannot locate your tracking details, contact support@mentools.co with your order ID and we will help you.
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your shipping address. Email support@mentools.co as soon as possible with your order ID, the email address used at checkout, and the updated delivery address. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it and you will need to contact the courier directly.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, first check your dispatch email for tracking information. If tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and any safe places around your property. If you still cannot locate it, email support@mentools.co with your order ID and photos if relevant and we will investigate and arrange a resolution.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver to the UK, EU, and any additional territories shown at checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm whether we ship to your location. If your country is not available at checkout or you have a specific query about international delivery, contact us at support@mentools.co before placing your order.
