How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please follow the instructions below:

• Go to your profile, then scroll down to find the account section.

• Click on “Close Account” and enter the reason for deletion.

• You should receive an on-screen success message to indicate the account has been deleted successfully

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove all personal data linked to your profile.

After confirming deletion, we will:

• Remove your user profile data, including your username and bio.

• Delete your email address from our system.

• Erase all photos and videos uploaded to your account.

• Clear your challenge history, including completions and progress.

• Remove all subscription information and payment records.

• Delete all personal identifiers that could link back to you.

We may retain:

• Anonymised analytics data, used only for statistical or legal compliance purposes.

• Crash and error logs, which contain no personal or identifying information.

Once deletion is complete, your account and data cannot be recovered.
