About MenTools One A Day
What is MenTools One A Day?
MenTools One A Day is a men's daily multivitamin formulated to cover your complete nutritional foundation in a single vegan capsule. It contains 12 vitamins and 6 minerals, including chelated bisglycinate minerals and active B-vitamin forms, with 11 EU-authorised health claims. One capsule with breakfast. That's it.
Who is MenTools One A Day for?
One A Day is for adult men aged 18 and over who want a clean, simple daily multivitamin without a multi-pill stack or complicated routine. It's designed for men who take their health seriously and want a formula built specifically for male nutritional needs β not a generic product repackaged with different branding.
What products does MenTools One A Day replace?
One daily capsule of One A Day covers your vitamin D complex, B-vitamin complex, zinc, magnesium, selenium, iodine, copper, and more. If you're currently taking a separate vitamin D supplement, a B12 supplement, a standalone zinc or magnesium, One A Day may already cover those bases. Check your other labels against the full ingredient list before doubling up.
Where is MenTools One A Day manufactured?
We're proud to confirm that One A Day is 100% manufactured in the United Kingdom, produced under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP, and ISO-certified standards. Every batch is tested for potency, heavy metals, and microbiology before it reaches you.
Where are the ingredients sourced from?
Our ingredients are sourced from trusted suppliers with a focus on quality, purity, and safety. That includes vitamin D3 sourced from lichen (not lanolin), minerals in chelated bisglycinate form, and active B-vitamin compounds including methylcobalamin, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and 5-MTHF. Full ingredient transparency: every ingredient and its exact dose is listed on the label.
Why is this formula iron-free?
Most men get enough iron through their diet, particularly from red meat, legumes, and fortified foods. The NHS notes that excessive iron intake can be harmful for adult men. One A Day is iron-free by design, not by oversight. This is a male-specific formula and we've made deliberate choices about what goes in: and what stays out.
Why does it use chelated minerals instead of standard minerals?
Most high-street multivitamins use magnesium oxide and zinc oxide which is the cheapest available mineral forms. One A Day uses chelated bisglycinate minerals instead. In a chelated form, the mineral is bound to an amino acid (glycine), which is the premium standard used across the supplement industry. The minerals in this formula: magnesium, zinc, and copper are all in bisglycinate form. You'll see this listed clearly on the label.
Why does it use active forms of B vitamins?
B vitamins come in multiple forms. Many supplements use synthetic forms that require conversion inside the body before they can be used. One A Day uses active forms: methylcobalamin for B12, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P) for B6, and 5-MTHF for folate. These are the forms that are ready for use with no conversion step required. These are the same active forms used by premium supplement brands and are listed by their exact names on the label.
