How Do I Follow My Daily Protocol?

Here is a straightforward guide to using your protocol every day.

Step 1: Check Your Routine

Open the app and go to your Core Daily Routine. This is your daily structure. It shows your time blocks for today.

This is where you start. Every day.

Step 2: Pick Your Actions

For each routine block, pick one asset from your library:

  • Morning Activation — choose an action from your Top 7 Actions or Actions Library

  • Supporting Block — choose an action, journal, or meditation relevant to the afternoon

  • Evening Reflection — choose a journal or meditation for your end-of-day block

If you are in your first 7 days: follow the 7-Day Protocol Structure instead. It tells you exactly what to do.

Step 3: Complete and Log

Complete the action you have chosen. Log it in the app.

Logging is how the app tracks your consistency and progress. Do not skip this step.

Step 4: Run Your Challenges

Your protocol has 3 challenges running alongside your routine. Check in on your challenges regularly.

If you have a MaxOut Challenge: look for days when you have the energy to push your score.

If you have a Set Challenge: keep track of your streak or target progress.

Step 5: Use the AI When You Need It

The AI is there to help. If you are unsure what to do next, if you are struggling with the protocol, or if you want to adjust something — ask the AI.

It can help you stay on track, answer questions about the topic, and suggest what to do when things go off course.

Step 6: Use Emergency Reset If Needed

If your protocol includes Emergency Reset and you hit a difficult moment — use it.

These tools are fast, practical, and designed for the hardest moments. That is what they are there for.

The Daily Summary

  • Morning: Morning Activation block — one action

  • Afternoon/relevant time: Supporting block — one action or journal

  • Evening: Evening Reflection — one journal or meditation

  • Anytime: Emergency Reset if needed, challenges, MaxOut scores, course step

That is the system. Follow it consistently and the protocol does its job.
