How Your Daily Protocol Works
Your protocol has a clear structure. Here is exactly how it works and what to expect day to day.
The Core Daily Routine
The Core Daily Routine is the foundation of your protocol. It is the main structure you follow every day.
It is built around named time blocks — Morning Activation, a topic-specific supporting block, and Evening Reflection. Some protocols also include an Emergency Reset block.
Each block has one primary action. You choose from your library which specific action, journal, or meditation to use for that block.
The routine is simple. One block. One action. Every day.
The 7-Day Protocol Structure
Your first 7 days are guided. The 7-Day Protocol Structure shows you exactly what to do each day — which actions, journals, meditations, and course steps to complete.
The 7-day plan is designed to:
Create quick wins in the first few days
Build confidence that the protocol is working
Reduce the friction of deciding what to do next
Prove the system to you through action
After 7 days, you know the protocol well enough to run it yourself.
Your Daily Routine Blocks
Every protocol uses named routine blocks. These tell you when and why you are doing each part of the day.
Morning Activation — activation, identity work, strong start to the day
Supporting Block — topic-specific work in the afternoon or when relevant
Evening Reflection — reflection, review, learning loop, journalling
Emergency Reset — rapid interrupts for the hardest moments (when included)
Course Action — a guided step through your protocol course
Using Your Asset Library
Each routine block connects to your asset library. Your library contains all the actions, journals, meditations, timers, and tools available in your protocol.
For each block, you choose one item from the relevant part of the library. The routine tells you what type of asset to use. You pick the one that feels right for that day.
Your Top 7 lists show you the highest-impact items the protocol recommends starting with.
Building Consistency
The protocol works through repetition. The more consistently you follow the daily routine, the stronger the results.
Use your challenges to build that consistency. Use the AI when you get stuck. Use Emergency Reset when you need it.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is a system that keeps moving.
