What is your money-back guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your product. This is your statutory right under UK and EU consumer protection law. To use it, simply email us within that 14-day window and return the product to us within 14 days of notifying us. The product should be returned unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the product price and any standard outbound delivery charge to your original payment method within 14 days.
How do I request a refund?
Email support@mentools.co with the following:
Your order ID
The email address used at checkout
The product name
Your reason for the request
Any supporting evidence if relevant (photos for damaged items, screenshots for access issues)
Once your request is approved, the refund is processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to post the credit to your account.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at support@mentools.co as soon as possible and ideally within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order ID. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights. You will not be asked to cover return shipping costs in the case of a damaged or incorrect item.
